Isabella Roger

Director of Learning and Development

Ms. Roger is Director of Learning and Development at ECP where she focuses on talent strategy and organizational development for the firm and portfolio companies. She is a member of the ECP Operations Group.

Prior to joining ECP, Isabella was a Director on the Private Equity consulting team at YSC, an Accenture Company, and Vice President at AlixPartners. In these roles she partnered with private equity clients to build high performing deal teams and executive leadership teams, and align human capital strategy to value creation plans.

Ms. Roger holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (University of Aberdeen, Scotland), a M.Sc. in Health Psychology (Leiden University, The Netherlands) and a B.A. from Rice University.
