Mr. Basalyga is a Legal Operations Specialist at ECP.

Prior to joining ECP in 2023, Mr. Basalyga was a corporate paralegal at the law firms of Carr & Ferrell LLP and DLA Piper LLP as a member of the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital groups where he assisted with the representation of investors and startups in company formations, financing and M&A transactions and general corporate governance matters.

Mr. Basalyga received a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Colorado at Boulder.
