Mr. Multer is a Vice President - Counsel at ECP. Prior to joining ECP in 2021, Mr. Multer was an associate at the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, as a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups, where his practice focused on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on various corporate transactions and matters.

Mr. Multer received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
