Mr. Coppedge is a Partner at ECP. He is involved in all areas of the Firm’s investment activities, with a particular emphasis on renewable generation and environmental infrastructure, and is a member of ECP’s Investment, and Compliance Committees. Mr. Coppedge currently serves on the boards of Triple Oak Power, US Development Group, LLC, USD Partners, LP, and Metrus Energy. Mr. Coppedge previously served on the board of ProPetro Holding Corp., and prior to realization, served on the board of Terra-Gen, LLC, FirstLight Power Enterprises, Inc., and Cormetech Inc.

Prior to joining ECP in 2005, Mr. Coppedge spent over six years at JP Morgan in New York and London in the firm’s Energy Investment Banking Division. At JP Morgan, Mr. Coppedge was involved in numerous financing and merger and acquisition transactions across various business segments of the energy sector.

Mr. Coppedge received a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
