In December 2013, ECP closed on the sale of Odessa to a subsidiary of Koch Energy Services, LLC.

Odessa is a  2001 vintage power plant utilizing General Electric 7FA technology who supplies power to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (“ERCOT”).
