A vertically-integrated aeroderivative gas turbine platform

PROENERGY directly benefits from electricity demand growth and is positioned to capitalize on the need for new aeroderivative turbines as the flexible, peaking technology among the best suited to address growing intermittency issues across U.S. power markets. Together with ECP, PROENERGY intends to expand its platform and pipeline, pursue accretive growth opportunities and build on its established reputation for high caliber performance, industry-leading turnaround times, and lower customer costs.

In August of 2024, ECP acquired a majority stake in PROENERGY, a vertically-integrated aeroderivative gas turbine platform. Based in Sedalia, Missouri, PROENERGY operates across three primary segments: WattBridge, a 2.4 GW portfolio of contracted gas peakers in ERCOT; AeroAdvantage, a global provider of repair and maintenance services for peaking gas turbines; and PowerFLX, an OEM and EPC business delivering reliable power generation solutions to utility customers. Through this vertically-integrated approach, PROENERGY offers a comprehensive suite of specialized gas-fired power solutions to utilities and independent power producers, and has achieved significant growth in the midst of industry capacity constraints and supply chain challenges.
